HI, I’M JEN

This work matters to me.

I value solitude, but I was a bit of a lone wolf.

For a long time, my attention turned inward. I practiced mindfulness for many years. I valued insight, reflection, and intellectual understanding. All of that still matters to me.

But I started to notice something when I looked outward: I felt less anxious when I was more connected to others. More present in the real world. Less in the stories in my head.

I started paying more attention to what happens between people. That curiosity led me to social practice art, social therapeutic coaching, and the relational practices that shape my work now.

The question I keep coming back to is: What happens when connection becomes something we practice?
