Hi, I’m Jen
For a long time, I tried to think my way through life on my own. I was capable, independent, and good at handling things internally. And yet, it was often lonely.
I spent years looking for work that could bring together creativity and personal growth in a meaningful way. Coaching, and especially Social Therapeutic Coaching, is where I found that.
What changed things for me was not more insight. It was practice with other people. I began building things with others instead of inside my own head. I came to see presence as relational, not only personal. That shift has become central to how I live and work.
My approach
My work is rooted in Social Therapeutic Coaching, a relational approach based on the idea that we grow through relationship.
You can expect a calm, steady presence. I listen closely, notice patterns, and bring humor when it helps. I offer support, partnership, and space to experiment.
Practice is central to the work. Growth does not come from getting it right. It comes from showing up, trying something new, and staying with the process.
What shapes this work
Presence, connection, and community matter, especially in a time when many people feel isolated or alone.
Part of the work is helping quiet self-judgment and anxiety so there is more room for steadiness, clarity, and choice.
Meaning, contribution, and social impact matter too. Many people want to make a difference but feel unsure how. Change rarely happens through individual heroics. It grows through relationships, collaboration, and the ripple effects of everyday interactions.
A commitment to access
I offer equitable pricing and limited pro-bono spaces because cost should not be the reason someone misses the chance to strengthen their relationships and contribute in meaningful ways.
What keeps me grounded
Open spaces, long walks, trees, animals, and fresh air. Time outdoors helps me slow down, pay attention, and return to what is here.
Curiosity, kindness, and patience matter here too. People do their best work when they feel supported, respected, and given room to grow.
