Life Development Group
Where growth happens in community.
These small, ongoing groups (8–10 people) meet weekly to practice being more present, more honest, and more relational, together.
Over time, trust builds. Shared history forms. You’re not the only one stretching.
Growth doesn’t just happen inside you. It happens between you.
The Nature of the Group
You’re not stepping into a fixed program.
You’re stepping into a living space.
From the first meeting, the group is shaped by the people in it.
No two groups are alike — because no two combinations of people are alike.
What you bring matters.
What others bring matters.
The conversations move in response to who is there.
As trust builds, the depth builds.
As people stretch, the field stretches.
The group grows as the members grow.
New members join as space opens.
Every group develops its own rhythms, assumptions, and patterns. That’s natural.
Part of the practice is learning to notice them.
If something feels unclear, awkward, or limiting, we name it.
If you need something different, you ask.
If we notice a pattern that isn’t serving the group, we explore it.
Patterns aren’t fixed. They can be examined and changed.
Joining an ongoing group is itself relational practice, entering a space, finding your footing, and participating in shaping it.
What changes in group
You’re not stepping into a fixed program.
You’re stepping into a living space.
No two groups are alike — because no two combinations of people are alike.
As members grow, the group shifts.
As trust deepens, the conversations deepen.
As people take risks, the field expands.
You don’t just grow inside the group.
The group grows with you.
Over time, it becomes a space shaped by the people in it — responsive, evolving, alive.
And that changes how you experience growth. It’s not something you do alone. It’s something you build together.
How It Works
Groups meet weekly for 90 minutes and are held virtually.
Each group is limited to 8–10 people.
Enrollment is open, with new members joining as space becomes available.
There’s no fixed term. Some people stay for months or longer. Some take breaks and return.
We start with a conversation to see if the group feels aligned. If it does, you’re welcome to join as space opens.
Ongoing participation allows trust and depth to build. The more consistently you show up, the more the group becomes something you’re part of shaping.
Who This Is For
This group may be for you if:
You’re willing to participate.
You’re open to noticing how you relate, and experimenting with something new.
You care about how you show up with other people.
You’re willing to practice in real time, not just reflect after the fact.
You’re open to growth that unfolds gradually.
This work unfolds over time. The depth comes from showing up again and again.
This may not be a fit if
You’re looking for a drop-in experience without consistent participation.
You prefer to stay on the sidelines rather than engage in conversation.
You’re not open to noticing how you shape and are shaped by a group.
You’re hoping for growth without showing up over time.
Group works best when members are steady and participate in shaping the space.
If you’re not able to offer that right now, this may not be the right season.
Investment
Ongoing groups are offered on a sliding scale of $160–$320 per month.
If you’re currently in a one-to-one coaching container, your group rate is reduced by 20%.
A limited number of pro-bono spaces are available as capacity allows.
If cost is part of your consideration, bring that into our conversation.
Curious?
Let’s start with a conversation.
We’ll talk about what you’re wanting and whether this group is a good fit right now.
